If you are not familiar with the A5, how does Audi compare with other other manufacturers in terms of car reliability?
Answer:I own the A4 (not A5), but in general they are very similar in terms of technology and quality. The quality is OK (not great). There's some complaint with electronics. The car is high maintenance car. Everything is very unique to Audi, making them almost impossible for independent shops working on them. Also because of the complexity, the labor charges are usually very high. Also the parts are more expensive. Ex: My timing belt (and water pump) cost $1300. My honda civic's timing belt cost just $350. Ex2: The cat converter cost $800 (parts only). I would NOT buy another Audi again. Good Luck...
I have a 2008 Audi a5 and im looking to put some performance parts in it.. what can i put in to increase the HP and acceleration Performance chip? cold air intake? exhaust? what would you put in ?
Answer:Buy a tuning computer that hooks up to your ECU to change peak efficiency in Fuel/Air ratios. Also I would experiment with test pipes. New free flow intake manifolds. Bigger injectors. Better fuel pump. If you have the 2.0t engine than you could buy a boost controller and if you did that I would recommend bigger injectors and a better cooling system. All bolt ons require tons more other bolt ons. Its a never ending cycle.
I bought an Audi TT and the radio in it did not have longwave radio. This was a huge disappointment as I like to listen to the cricket on LW radio. I am now looking at buying a UK Audi A5 and want to know if the radios fitted in an A5 have longwave radio or not.

I've been saving up money and I was thinking of getting an Audi A5. So I was building it on the site and none of the options allow inserting a nav. Does it come standard? Thanks in advanced. No I dont want to hear if the A5 is good or not, I just want to know if it comes with a navigation system standard of if thats separate and if it is, why isn't that option available online and how much does it cost? PS. I'm talking about the coupe.
Answer:i believe the nav comes standard with the s5, and is an option for the a5. I think it cost about $300-$500
There are several Audi dealers in my surrounding area, but they are either small dealerships, or large dealerships in expensive areas (DC,MD,VA). The base price for the Audi A5 (black ext) Automatic online was 37k, all of the dealers advertise for 41+. I am assuming this is because the carry the premium package cars. Is is possible that I get one for the same price on the website???
Answer:Lots of luxury dealers don't keep base models on the lot, though most are happy to order one in for you, or have one transferred from another dealer. Talk to someone in their sales department and tell them exactly what you are looking for, they are normally happy to help if it means selling a car. If not, find another dealer.
