We have been looking for some kind of kit to put a different stereo system in our 1992 cadillac sts. However we have not had much luck, and it seems that know one thinks it can be done.?Any one out ther with any idea we'd appreciate them.Thanks. Answer:go to a local car audio shop or even best buy or circuit city and tell them what car you have and they will recommend speakers and decks that will fit your car
I have a 2002 Cadillac Sts, and i'm looking to put a system, i already have a stock 12 inch sub in the back that's shot, and I'm looking to replace it and expand off of that, new speakers, amp, etc. But i also have an older head unit (touch screen, navigation), but it seems to do the job, I'm thinking of possibly replacing that, but I'm not too sure yet. Anyone got any ideas?
Answer:Well, now you know what to do to burn out a stock sub. Replace it and, well, you know what to not do again. There, waiting inside the dash, is a very big headache, but I won't spoil the surprize for you when you try to do the replacement. Oh, you plan to have it done at a shop. Good. They will earn all those $100/per hour hours.

I know you can start a 2005+ cadillac sts with your remote (remote Start). I have read the manual & it tells you how to do it but it wont work. Do I have to get the remote programed for that feature? if so do i have to take it to a dealer or can i do it my self?
Answer:press the door lock button on the remote, the doors have to be locked for the remote start to work, when you push the remote start button make sure you push it and hold it until the engine starts
