Answer:It sounds like you may have a fuel pressure problem. You do not have a carburetor, you have multi port fuel injection. Moisture freezing in the fuel lines can cause a drop in pressure. You car is and OBD 1 vehicle, so it should start regardless of coolant temp and level, although check to make sure that you have enough coolant, and no ice floating in it. If it was your battery the engine probably would crank at all. Checking the oil is never a bad thing, but also probably not your problem. Try to build a little fuel pressure by running the fuel pump a couple times. Do this by cycling the key a few times. If your fuel pump is about to die, it wont work well on the bottom half of the tank. If filling it up helps, then look at replacing the fuel pump.
