I prefer cruze because it is diesel,has a milage 18kmp and it's looks great,but the only problem is the company GM.I've heard that Gm in india is very good and is going strong.Is it true??Civic on the otherhand has less ground clearance and milage of 6-10kmp so i am not considering it..What do you guys think is the best??

Answer:I'm more of a Mitsubishi guy, but I think the Cruze may be a better choice. The Chevy Cobalt, that the Cruze is replacing has been unreliable and all-round, a pretty bad car. But the Cruze is said to have a vastly better interior than the Cobalt, and GM has been improving, so hopefully it'll be a reliable car. As for the Lancer, the base model isn't particularity fast, but still faster than the Cruze. They both look good, they'll probably have similar reliability, they're similarly priced, but as far as the interior and ride comfort goes, the Cruze is the better choice. Be sure test drive both first to see which one suits you best.
