Answer:The engine blocks in the civics seem to crack. Its a design flaw. Its around a 4000 dollar repair. Honda only has a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. just google crack honda civic engine block supposedly issue is fixed for 2010. But do you want to take a chance? Tried looking in both fuse box already but there isnt one exactly for the low beams
Answer:Many cars also have fuses in the engine compartment, check there. Also, If you don;t have low beams, that normally means your bulb is burned out.

Answer:Between these two cars, it has to be Chevrolet Cruze... It's better because it's more dynamic in looks, speed, interior quality and it is a better engineered car than our good old Octavia which is now showing signs of dating also... So Chevrolet is a better car!!!! Whereas Octavia will be discontinued shortly, since Skoda is coming up with another alternative by the end of 2010.
