i have the right harness for the for it, but the problem that i have is trying to figure out how to connect the flat metal strap that comes out of the car to the radio which has the little black wire? here is what i have in detail. 1999 chrysler 300m, harness metra 70-1817gsxl, n aftermarket radio dual xdmr7700. please help and thank you in advance.
Answer:I have a 01 300m and wondered the same thing. I had it fasened to the back of the unit and then just connected the ground wire to the strap. Works great.
I just bought a 2002 Chrysler 300M and decided I want to put 24 inch rims on it after seeing like 6 of them on 24s they look real nice, not too big not too small, but I need to know what type of lift or mods I would need before I take it to the rim shop.

Answer:You should have a factory rocker switch some where near the light switch, also check the owners manual

Answer:I would go online and check car-part.com and see if there are any used ones out there. You will have to paint anyway so the used part will probably be better than an aftermarket fender and bumper which most people sell. If I remember correctly the 300m were all the same body style from 98 or 99 thru 04. The special edition should be the same fender and bumper as others. You should be able to pickup both for around 300.00 or so,and if lucky you might find one the right color. Labor would cost about 350.00 at our body shop. Not including paint.Good Luck.
