Answer:Is the other dealership a generic ( not manufacturer related ) used car lot or is it another brand's dealer? Either way, yes you can take it back to the dealer you're buying it from but keep in mind they won't be specialized in Mercedes products or have the parts in stock for that car. I would either take it to a Benz dealer or another shop that specializes in Benz vehicles for servicing as they will likely be more familiar with the car.
