Latest Pontiac G8 Frequently Asked Questions:
I will be buying a new car this year. I loved the G8 GT, but I'm not a fan of used cars. Please don't lecture me about used cars, I like new, even if it's a waste of some money. What car is most comparable to the G8 GT in style, power and price?
Answer:You can still probably find a NEW 2009 Pontiac G8 GT... Even if it is a year old now, if nobody has owned it before, it is still "new". Other than that, here is a small list of RWD sedans that emphasize performance like the G8. Cadillac CTS, or CTS-V BMW M3 Hyundai Genesis Infiniti G37 Lexus IS 350 Dodge Charger SRT8
I've been looking for turbo kits/superchargers for a 6 cylinder G8..but i haven't had much luck. I've even considered a high performance chip. I'm not sure what to do though, and does anyone know where i can find a good quality kit/supercharger/chip?
Answer:uh should a had a V8....trade what you got for what you want,,, dont waste you money,,,,you can put 5K into that car and maybe not get the performance [and reliability] of stock v8
I know that they are completely different types of cars. They are asking my opinion on what the should get, and I am trying to see which one is safer.
Answer:The 2009 Pontiac G8 will be discontinued and parts for this vehicle might become rare as General Motors is discontinuing the Pontiac line to focus on their Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC brands. With that said though, the Pontiac G8 is a luxurious car with a sporty performance. The 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is a rugged vehicle which can go on road and off road and is great at moving cargo like a kayak or other large sporting goods. I would choose the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara just because you can get replacement parts for it in the future unlike the soon to be discontinued Pontiac G8.
I know it will vary some, but I'm just curious if anyone has an estimate or possible ranges to expect. If you or someone you know is currently leasing or works at a dealership and you know please let me know.
Answer:I have seen a wide range of payments but most have been in the $450 to $600 range depending on time, money down, credit.
with pontiac dieing and all and with the g8 being awesome, also the impala sucks so YEA
Answer:I think this would be a genius idea! The Impala was actually due for a redesign for 2010, but the model has been kept under wraps. Maybe this would be their plan? I can see the G8 becoming the Chevelle SS or the new Caprice SS...
