I am looking at cars in the 20k range. The ones on my list are - Toyota Camry Solara SE V6 - Nissan Ultima Coupe (4 cylinder) - Honda Accord Coupe LX-S (4 Cylinder) - Honda Civic SI What one would be best on reliability? What one is the fastest? What one is the easiest to repair?
Answer:They're all about the same range, with the exception of the Solara being a bit clunky and can be somewhat unreliable. Toyotas and Hondas are on the upper end of "difficulty" and "price" when fixing. Toyota ESPECIALLY when it comes to transmissions. Sportiest car? Any Honda Si. Civic Sis are wonderful. If you're willing to spend in the 20K range and are looking at the Altima, I should recommend that you also look at a used (1-2 year old) Maxima. Those cars are far more powerful (250+ Horsepower) and more luxurious than most of the cars you listed. Yeah, Maximas are awesome. And if you have the money, you can't find a better combination of power and luxury in a set. If you're looking for the cheapest sports car, then you definitely can't go wrong with a 2-3 year old 350z. They're usually not all that more expensive than a new Altima... However, sportiest, fastest, and most reliable out of the ones you listed? The Civic Si. Just remember, that should something break on a Toyota or Honda, their repair price is on the higher end.

Answer:The Toyota Camry would definitely be the most reliable out of the bunch, and probably the most practical. In second place would be the Ford Taurus. I have had many bad experiences with both Neon's and Cavalier's, so I would not recommend them personally, but others have had better luck. Kia is crap and not worth considering. Good Luck ps. The Toyota model that is comparable in size to all the others except for the Taurus is the Corolla not the Camry. Also, the Ford Escort is in the same size class as the others, not the Taurus. Another thought is the Honda Civic or Accord, both just as nice as the Toyota's.
