I need to remove the wiper arm of a Volvo XC70. I got the nut off the end of the bolt, but the arm won't budge. Anyone know the trick to getting it off? The answer below is the most common method, but in my case, did not work. I ended up using a battery terminal lifter to raise the portion of the wiper arm that was stuck to the bolt (one of my arms was broken, as you can see in this image). Answer:Fold out the wiper arm and remove the wiper blade. Remove the protective cover from the nut. Put some tape around the arm that is above the painted surface (to protect the paint). Loosen the nut (do not remove it entirely - this will protect the threads). Press the wiper arm downward (toward the hood) and tap it gently (just behind where the nut is). Use a plastic or rubber mallet. Remove the nut and the wiper arm.
My wife and I love the Volvo but don't want to own one since the repair costs are so high. We like the XC70 but don't have a clue what a monthly lease would cost. We'd like a 12,000-15,000 annual mile allowance and a pretty "loaded" model.
Answer:that's a question that's not easy to answer. their are a lot of parts that go into that equation. rebates, window sticker, money down, lenght of the lease. even the best people in the car business can't just finger that out with a lease calculator

I recently replaced a bulb in my 2002 Volvo (license plate bulb--or position light) but don't know how to get the internal computer to recognize it--is there a reset button?
